Flexible Account Billing (FAB)

What if you could do all your monthly reporting online?

Flexible Account Billing, or FAB, allows you to report your actual exposures on a monthly basis. These exposures and the associated premium costs can be categorized by profit centers that make sense for your business, to provide reports for better managing your costs.

Lease & Rental Reporting

Lease and rental vehicles rated on a receipts-per-vehicle basis are reported monthly on the MyHarco site, which offers significant automation of this process.

Payment Center

Now you can see your current charges and payment history online.

The Payment Center will help you manage your policies better by providing you with detailed payment history and your outstanding charges.

Claims Reporting

New claimants can complete a “first notice of loss” directly on Harco’s public website. This makes it easy for claimants to report first or third party claims at any time.

Safety Video Library

Browse through the online library of Harco's Safety Video Library.

Checkout videos that can help you provide a safer environment. You can borrow up to four videos at a time.

Loss Runs

For the dealership manager that wants to keep a close tab on all expenses and potential liabilities, Harco offers instant access to all of the current year's loss history. Loss runs are updated on a daily basis and are easy to order from MyHarco.

Bond Request

Harco has automated the ordering of bid bonds, performance bonds, and other types of bonds on the MyHarco site. You can quickly request exactly the bond you need and even include an attachment. The request is automatically sent to your underwriting team for processing within four business hours of receipt. No more FAX machine headaches!

Certificates of Insurance

Certificates needed by your garage operation can be ordered on-line, with automatic notification to the Underwriting team. Certificates are generally processed within four business hours of receipt. Certificates ordered late in the day or after hours are sent out by Harco the next business day.
