Maintaining your privacy is important to Harco.

Harco National Insurance Company's Privacy Policy:
- We do not sell your personal information. We use it only as needed to process your policy and service your account.
- Examples of the nonpublic personal information we may collect about you include:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
- Information about you that we collect during the settlement of a claim; and
- Information from other sources such as consumer reporting agencies.
- We do not give out any nonpublic personal information about our current or former policyholders to anyone except as permitted or required by law. In order to properly service your account, we may need to provide information to companies that supply support services to you on our behalf. Such companies include firms that assist us in controlling losses or settling claims.
- Only employees who need your nonpublic personal information in order to provide services to you are allowed access to that information. We prevent unauthorized access to your nonpublic personal information using physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.
