Lease and Rental

Liability associated with the leasing and rental of commercial vehicles has been a major concern for the industry. Insurance, if available, was often unaffordable. Harco led the industry in developing a flexible, affordable, rental receipts reporting program. Lease receipts and a PC based automated reporting system followed.
